Terms
RETAINER: A $250 retainer is due at the time of booking. Your session will not be officially reserved until your retainer is paid. Your retainer will be credited towards your photo session balance and your retainer is not refundable unless
- The photographer cancels the session due to extreme weather and a new date cannot be found
- The unlikely chance that the photographer is unable to fulfill contract due to illness or injury and a new date cannot be found
SCHEDULING : Floral sessions are hard to predict since bloom times vary each year. If the predetermined dates don't fall during the bloom window, your photographer will reach out to you as soon as possible to reschedule. If a new date cannot be found, you will have the option for a full refund or to apply your credit towards a future session.
PAYMENTS: Your retaineris due at the time of booking. Your remaining balance for your session is due before your session takes place. Payments can be made via Venmo, cash, check or credit card. Payment plans are are also available by request.
UPGRADES: You can purchase additional photos for $40 for each individual photo or you can purchase the full gallery ($200 for mini sessions and $300 for full sessions). If you choose to purchase additional photos, full payment for the additional photos is needed before the photos will be released.
COPYRIGHT: Your session includes printing rights to purchased photos. Photo will be delivered in high resolution JPEG format. The photos delivered are not to be edited by the client or other person. RAW files are not provided. The photographer retains copyrights to all photos and the photographer reserves the right to post photos to digital platforms (social media, website, etc.) unless client specifies otherwise in writing within 7 days of gallery delivery.
GALLERIES: Photo selection galleries will be sent to you 2-3 weeks after your session. Rush editing is available for an additional charge. Ask for more information on this option if this is something you’re interested in.
PHOTO STORAGE: Please download and back up your photos (more information on this is provided in the photo management guide you'll receive with your gallery). Once purchased photos are delivered, the photographer does not guarantee copies of your photos will be retained beyond 90 days. Online galleries are also not meant for long term storage and are only guaranteed for 90 days. If you gallery is decommissioned and you request for it to be rebuilt, a $75 gallery build fee will likely apply to cover the time required to rebuild your gallery.
ILLNESS: The health and safety of my families is very important and I work with a lot of newborn babies. If you or a member of your family becomes ill, has any COVID-19 symptoms, has COVID-19 exposure or becomes injured and you need an alternate date, please notify me ASAP and I will reschedule your session.
INDOOR TIMING: Most indoor sessions start between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m.
OUTDOOR TIMING: Most outdoor sessions are schedule during "golden hour" which is an hour or two before sunset or an hour or two after sunrise. Timing is very important when it comes to my photography style. If you choose to move the time of your session to another time that is outside golden hour, please know that the look of your photos may vary due to harsher lighting conditions.
